PVDF平板膜温敏性修饰及性能研究

【Abstract】 N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAAm) was grafted on Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) membrane by the method of atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).The grafting copolymerization PVDF-g-PNIPAAm was characterized by Scaning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) measurements,and the contact angle and water penetration were tested.The results showed that NIPAAm was grafted on the PVDF membrane successfully and the membrane pore was covered with PNIPAAm.Water contact angles of PVDF membranes reduced after the surface grafting of NIPAAm and the hydrophilicity of the grafted membrane was improved.Water fluxes experiment revealed that the PVDF-g-PNIPAAm membranes exhibited temperature-responsive permeability.
