环境温度对聚氯乙烯/氯化聚乙烯共混物冲击韧性的影响

【摘要】 <正>聚氯乙烯(Poly(vinyl chloride),PVC)作为一种通用热塑性塑料,具有成本低等诸多优点,其产品已被广泛的应用于日常生活的各个方面。许多学者对硬质聚氯乙烯的增韧改性已做了大量的研究,但是大多局限在室温条件下,环境温度对改性硬质PVC的韧性的影响却很少研

【Abstract】 The influence of temperature on the impact toughness and fracture behaviors of Poly (vinyl chloride)/chlorinated polyethylene(PVC/CPE) blends was studied.The blends were prepared with a two-roll mill and compression molding.The impact toughness results reveal that there is a transition temperature from brittle fracture to ductile fracture for the PVC/CPE blends,and the lower the CPE content,the higher the brittle-ductile transition temperature.Boltzmann equation can be used to well simulate the dependence of toughness on temperature for the PVC/CPE blends.Certain correlations may exist between brittle-ductile transition temperature and glass transition temperature for the PVC/CPE blends.Dynamic mechanic analysis and scanning electron microscopy were also used to study the toughness and fracture behaviors for the PVC/CPE blends.
