聚丙烯/木质素复合材料制备及性能

【Abstract】 Recently,Polyolefin/ Lignin composites is one of the ho:topics in materials science.The compatibility of polypropylene(PP) with lignin was enhanced greatly when the lignin was grafted with dodecyl bromide,and PP/ modified lignin composites containing 70 wt%content of lignin were successfully prepared.The influence of the lignin content on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and microstructure in PP/ lignin composites were studied systemically.Micrographs for the composites showed that the dimension of the alkylated lignin domains with 20 wt%modified lignin were symmetrical.As the sample containing 70 wt%lignin,the morphology of the composite trended to interpenetrating network.The results showed that the impact and flexual strength of PP/ modified lignin composites was essentially unchanged with increasing lignin content,but the tensile was declined.This is due to the limitations of the mechanical properties of lignin.Dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) results showed that the tanδpeaks by addition of modified lignin were shifted toward slightly higher temperatures compared with the neat PP,the stress field surrounding the particles induces the shift in the T_g.Thermogravimetry(TG) analysis showed that lignin enhanced the heat-resistant of PP matrix,and the heat-resistant of composites became better.
