聚丙烯/聚丙烯接枝聚乙二醇/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备和性能

【Abstract】 Polypropylene(PP)/montmorillonite(MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending technique thought a new route:maleic anhydride grafted PP(PP-g-MA) directly reacted with poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG),then blended with PP and MMT.Because of the typical intercalated structure,mechanical properties of the nanocomposites were improved significantly as compared with pure PP.It was found that the izod-notched impact strength and elongation at break were significantly enhanced.The izod-notched impact strength and elongation at break of PP nanocomposites increased by 80%and 52%compared with those of pure PP.The tensile strength of PP was also improved.
