接枝相容剂结构对PS/PA6共混体系相容特性影响

【Abstract】 Emulsification efficiency of graft copolymers in polystyrene(PS) and polyamide 6(PA6) blends were investigated in haake torque rheometer.A series of graft copolymers with PA6 as grafts and PS as backbone,denoted as PS-g-PA6,with different molecular structures and/or compositions were used as compatibilizers.The molecular structure of the PS-g-PA6 graft copolymer had a profound effect on its emulsification efficiency.The shorter the PS backbone(from 64 to 20kg/mol), the higher the emulsification efficiency in the PS/PA6(80/20) blends.But,the length of PS backbone had little effect on the emulsification efficiency in the PS/PA6(20/80) blends.PS-g-PA6 graft copolymer with long PA6 grafts had better emulsification efficiency.
