L-色氨酸分子印迹乳胶膜的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 <正>分子印迹膜(MIM)作为一种新型分离手段,兼具分子印迹技术对特定分子的专一识别性与膜分离技术的操作简单、易于连续化等优点,现已在手性分离、固相萃取、仿生传感等领域取得广泛的开发与应用。
【Abstract】 Molecularly imprinted latex membrane is of great commercial prospect as a environment-friendly film for its advantages of easy operation,no pollution and high affinity and selectivity towards target molecule.In this paper,a linear polymer emulsion was added into the L-Tryptophan imprinted core-shell polyacrylate emulsion.The film forming property of the emulsion blend was improved obviously.The membrane porosity and flux were increased.The selectivity and separation efficiency of the imprinted latex membrane was improved.
