PCL-b-PLLA嵌段共聚物组成对纳米纤维支架结构的影响

【摘要】 <正>采用PLLA通过热致相分离技术可制备具有纳米纤维结构的组织工程支架,然而,PLLA纳米纤维支架脆性较大,力学强度较低,降解速率也不易调控。我们以PCL-b-PLLA(50/50)为原料制备的纳米纤维关节半月板,表现出优越的力学性能和促进软骨细胞定向分化的潜能。但是,共聚物中各嵌段相对含量对聚合物稀溶液凝胶化行为如何影响?聚合物组成与纳米纤维支架性能之间关系如何?
【Abstract】 A series of diblock semicrystalline copolymers of PCL-b-PLLA were designed and synthesized by bulk ring opening polymerization in the presence of PCL-OH as macroinitiator and stannous iso caprylate as catalyst.The microstructure and crystal properties of the copolymers were also characterized.The influences of the molar ratio for PCL block and PLLA block in the copolymers and the molecular weight of the copolymers on its gelation properties of the polymer solution,such as cloud point(Tcloudy),the highest gelation transformation temperature(HGCT),the lowest solation transformation temperature(LSCT),were investigated.Finally,the nano-fibrous scaffold and its properties of PCL-b-PLLA were also inspected.
