含巴比妥酸结构的新型卤胺高分子抗菌材料的制备

【摘要】 <正>抗菌材料可有效减少接触感染型病菌的传播,对于维护人类健康具有重要应用价值。含有N-X键(X为卤素,通常为Cl)的卤胺化合物是一类性能优良的新型抗菌剂,且其抗菌性能可再生。
【Abstract】 Antibacterial materials have been widely used to protect people from harmful bacteria. N-halamine is a new kind of effective,rechargeable antibacterial material.In present work, 5-allylbarbituric acid(ABA) was synthesized,and the copolymerization of ABA and styrene were carried out in DMF/THF with various feed ratios successfully.The copolymers were characterized by FTIR,NMR,GPC and elemental analysis.After chlorization with diluted sodium hypochlorite solutions,this polymeric material with barbituric acid structural N-halamine showed excellent antibacterial activity.
