温敏水溶性聚合物的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 <正>水溶性聚合物在石油开采、水处理、纺织、造纸、选矿、涂料粘合剂等领域具有重要的应用价值。在水溶性聚合物中,具有强增粘性的聚合物通常是高分子量的聚电解质。在温度升高或有无机盐存在时,该类聚合物溶液粘度会显著降低,不能满足高温与高含盐条件下的应用要求。为了制备出具有升温增粘与盐增粘性能的水溶性聚合物,合成出了集聚醚结构和
【Abstract】 In this paper,the thermo-sensitive monomer with bifunctional group(Ma) and unsaturated monomer with alkyl poly(ethylene oxide) group(NPA) were synthesized,and the thermo-sensitive water-soluble copolymers P(AM-Ma),P(AM-NIPAM-Ma) and P(AM-NIPAM-NPA) were prepared by free radical aqueous solution copolymerization.The properties of the polymers mentioned above were studied.The solution properties of P(AM-Ma),P(AM-NIPAM-Ma) and P(AM-NIPAM-NPA) are strongly dependent on polymer structure,temperature and the quantity or sort of the inorganic salts.The P(AM-Ma) solution,the apparent viscosity of which increases with the increase of temperature,shows perfect salt-thickening effect.In the three salts,NaCl、CaCl2 and Na2SO4, Na2SO4 is of the best salt-thickening effect.For P(AM-NIPAM-Ma) aqueous solution,the apparent viscosity decreased with the increase of temperature.In contrast with P(AM-Ma) and P(AM-NIPAM-Ma),the apparent viscosity of P(AM-NIPAM-NPA) aqueous are hardly changed when temperature is below 70℃.
