对炔丙基氧基苯基2-噁唑啉的合成及其改性双酚A苯并噁嗪研究

【摘要】 2-噁唑啉是一类含双键的五元杂环化合物,由于其独特的化学活性,被广泛应用于许多种特种聚合物的合成及聚合物改性中,日益受到研究者的重视。苯并噁嗪树脂是一类新型的热固性树脂,具有良好的耐热性、力学性能、电气性能等优点,且合成原料来源广泛,价格低廉,是一种应用前景广阔的树脂。本文以对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和乙醇胺为原料,利用四步法合成了一种新型对炔丙氧基苯基2-噁唑啉,并通过FTIR、GPC、DSC、氢谱、质谱等表征,证实了目标产物。另外由于这种新型的噁唑啉可以通过双酚A苯并噁嗪开环聚合过程中产生的酚羟基来引发自身的开环聚合,从而在苯并噁嗪基体中产生更多交联点,因此本文通过溶液共混将对炔丙基氧基苯基2-噁唑啉与双酚A苯并噁嗪按照不同的比例混合固化后得到改性树脂,通过DSC、TG、DMA等表征,表明改性树脂力学性能和热力学性能都得到了提高。
【Abstract】 2-oxazoline is a kind of five-membered heterocyclic compounds with a double bond. They are increasingly concerned by researchers because of their unique chemical activity,and widely used in many kinds of specialty polymer and polymer as modifier.As a new kind of engineering thermoset resin,benzoxazine are considered to have broad application prospects due to their superior performances,in addition,the raw material comes from a wide array of sources and values low price.Methyl-p-hydroxybenzoateuses and ethanolamineas were used as raw materials to synthesis a novel P-Propynyloxyphenyl-2-Oxazoline with four-step method in this paper.And FTIR, GPC,DSC,~1H-NMR etc.were employed to characterize and confirmed the structure of products. Because the new 2-oxazoline can be initiated to themselves ring-opening polymerization by the phenolic hydroxyl generated from bisphenol A ring-opening polymerization,more cross-linking points will be produced in benzoxazine matrix.For this reason, P-Propynyloxyphenyl-2-Oxazoline/Bisphenol-A Benzoxazine were prepared by solution mixing and cured the mixture according to different proportion.The cured resin were studied by DSC,TG,DMA, and the result showed the mechanical and thermodynamic properties were improved.
