双酚芴/双酚A型共聚芳酯的合成与表征

【摘要】 <正>聚芳酯(PAR)是一种耐高温高透明特种工程塑料,具有优良的耐热性、阻燃性、耐冲击性、耐紫外线屏蔽性及机械力学性能等特性,在航空、汽车、电子电器及机械制造等领域已广泛应用。全芳香聚芳酯具有很高的熔融塑化温度(T_s),且不溶于普通有机溶剂,所以难以加工应用。在保持聚芳酯耐高温和高透明性的同时,提高树脂的玻璃化转变温度(T_g),适
【Abstract】 Bisphenol fluorine/A Copolyarylesters were synthesized by interfaciai polycondensation from terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) and isophthaloyl chloride(IPC) and bisphenolA(BPA) and 9,9-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ftuoren(BHPF).The structure of the resulting copolymers was confirmed by FT-IR and ~1H NMR.The thermal behavior of the copolymers was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The glass transition temperature of the copolymers was in the range of 195.4℃to 275.9℃and melting temperature(T_s) between 265℃to 320℃,and increased by increasing the mole ratio of bisphenol fluorene increased.All the copolymers can dissolve in the most common organic solvents.A tough and transparent film can be easily obtained by solution casting.The copolymers have good mechanical properties(Tensile strength 58~71Mpa、Young’s module 1.1~1.2Gpa、Elongation at break 10.7~14.7%).
