PMMA/纳米碳酸钙复合粒子的制备与研究

【摘要】 用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对球形纳米碳酸钙粉体进行预处理,在其表面形成接枝活性点,然后采用无皂乳液聚合方法制备具有核/壳结构的纳米复合粒子。并采用FTIR、TEM和热重等分析方法对复合粒子结构、聚合机理进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Firstly in this paper,the superfine CaCO3 was disposed by KH-570,then the nanocomposite particles with core（nano inorganic particles）-shell（PMMA） were prepared by emulsifier-free polymerization.The structure and the mechanism of the nanocomposite particle were analyzed though XRD,TGand TEM.
