不同形貌六方相ZnS和CdS纳米晶的制备及其形成途径
Preparation and Formation Routes of wurtzite ZnS and CdS Nanocrystals with Different Morphologies

【摘要】 以乙二胺和水为混合溶剂,采用溶剂热技术,通过调节乙二胺的用量、反应温度和时间等条件,得到了不同形貌的六方相ZnS及其前驱体纳米晶。ZnS包括由纳米小球紧密排列而成的微米球或纳米棒和由纳米棒聚集而成的花形或条球等形貌,对六方ZnS的形成途径进行了讨论。相近的制备条件下,得到了类似形貌的六方相CdS而未发现其前驱体的存在。
【Abstract】 By adjusting the amount of en solvent,reactive temperature and time hexagonal ZnS and its precursor nanocrystals with different morphologies were obtained using ethylenediamine and distilled water as mixed solvent via solvothermal method.The obtained hexagonal ZnS samples possess various architectures including micrometer spheres or nanorods arranged from nanospheres,flower-like or nanorod-sphere appearances aggregated from nanorod.The formation routes of hexagonal ZnS were discussed.Under similar preparation conditions,hexagonal CdS samples possess similar morphologies with ZnS but its precursor had not been discovered.
