【Abstract】 The chiral dihydropyrazole,a small bioactive molecule,is a prominent structural motif found in numerous pharmaceutically active compounds.Many dihydropyrazole-based derivatives have shown several biological activities as seen in antibacterial,antiviral, insecticidal and tumor necrosis inhibitor,many of them are currently being tested or clinically evaluated for new drug discovery.In this paper,summary of recent advances in synthesis and biological activity of the chiral dihydropyrazole compounds.更多还原
