胺基三嗪衍生物的摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】 利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了合成的2,4-二苯胺基-6-二烷基硫代磷酸酯基-三嗪(PABT)在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能,利用热重分析了其热稳定性。结果显示此三嗪衍生物具有良好的极压抗磨、减摩性能和高的热稳定性。用SEM和XPS分析了其在润滑油中的摩擦学机理是在摩擦过程中形成了含有FeS,FeSO4,FePO4和有机氮化合物的复合膜保护层,这层复合膜,拥有极压抗磨作用。
【Abstract】 The tribological behaviors of synthesized 2,4-bipheneylamine-6-(O,O’-dibuthyl dithio-phosphate)-s-1,3,5-triazine(PABT), as additive in rapeseed oil (RSO) was evaluated with a four-ball tester. It’s thermal stability was also investigated with TG analyser. The result shows that the triazine derivative possesses good antiwear performance, extreme pressure capacity, good friction-reducing property in rapeseed oil and high thermal stability. The action mechanism was estimated through analysis of the worn surface with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). The results show that a protective film containing FeS, FeSO4 , FePO4 and some organic nitrogen compounds was formed on the worn surface during the lubrication process, and the film possess extreme pressure and antiwear property.
