香菇多糖提取分离及含量测定方法研究进展

【摘要】 对香菇多糖的提取分离及含量测定方法进行综述。提取方法有超声提取法、酶解提取法、微波提取法及水提醇沉法等。含量测定主要采用苯酚-硫酸法。
【Abstract】 Review on extraction and concent determination of lentinan.There are flavornoids extraction,enzymatic extraction, microwave assisted extraction and water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The content of lentinan is determined by phenylhydrate-sulfuric acid method.
