毛细管电泳非接触电导法测定三黄片中的盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和大黄素
Determination of berberine,baicalin and emodin in“SanHuangPian”by capillary electrophoresis with contactless conductivity detection

【摘要】 建立了毛细管电泳非接触电导法测定三黄片中的盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和大黄素的方法。对电泳介质种类、浓度、添加剂、进样量,以及检测激发电压和频率等因素进行了优化。在缓冲介质为12.0 mM Tris-4.0 mM HCl(pH 8.0)-30%乙腈,激发电压为60 V,激发频率为30 kHz条件下,实现了三黄片中的盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和大黄素3种成分的分离检测。
【Abstract】 A rapid method for the simultaneous determination of berberine,baicalin and emodin by capillary electrophoresis with contactless conductivity detection was described.The key factors,including the running buffer,the concentration of the buffer,the additives,the sample size,the excitation voltage and the frequency,for separation and determination were studied and the best analysis conditions were obtained.In the buffer soluti on of 12.0 mM Tris-4.0 mM Hcl(pH 8.0)-30%acetonitrile,at the excitation voltage of 60 V and the frequency of 30 kHz,the components in"SanHuangPian",including berberin,baicalin and emodin,were detected within 25 min.
