【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法研究了青蒿素胶囊的含量测定方法。色谱柱:Kromasil ODS柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相:V(甲醇):V(水)=75:25;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为220 nm。青蒿素在2.00～10.01μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999),平均回收率为99.34%(RSD=1.94%,n=6)。方法可用于青蒿素胶囊的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish HPLC method for the determination of artemisinin in artemisinin capsules.PUROSPHER （Merck） C₁₈ column（4.6×250 mm,5μm）,with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（75:25）;detection wavelength at 220 nm and external standard method.The calibration curves were linear with in the range of 2.00～10.01μg/mL and the average recovery of artemisinin was 99.34%,with RSD of 1.94%（n=6）.The method is simple,rapid and the results is accurate and reliable.更多还原
