中药莪术高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析

【摘要】 研究中药莪术的高效液相(HPLC)色谱指纹图谱。运用HPLC分析21个产地三种基源的莪术样品,所得结果运用"中药色谱指纹图谱计算机相似性评价系统"(MATLAB语言版本,Ver.1.240,由中南大学中药现代化研究中心开发)软件进行模式分析及相似度计算。基于模式分析(多类情况)结果将温郁金样品(1-6)归为一组,蓬莪术(7-12)归为一组,而广西莪术(13-21)因成分差异较大,无法成组。故分别建立温郁金和蓬莪术指纹图谱共有模式,并进行相似度(全谱)计算。结果温郁金样品和蓬莪术样品分别与各自的共有模式具有较高的相似度,广西莪术样品的相似度均较低。结论由于所含成分差异,中药莪术的指纹图谱分别由温郁金和蓬莪术构成两种模式,广西莪术则有待于进一步研究。
【Abstract】 Study on the HPLC fingerprint of Ezhu.The three species Ezhu samples from 21 areas was analyzed by HPLC.The results were evaluated by"Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation System"(MATLAB5.3 based,Ver.1. 240,develop by the Research Center for Modernization of Chinese Medicine,Central South University) software. Based on the pattern analysis result,the 21 samples can be divided into two main groups;C.wenyujin(1-6) samples and C.phaeocaulis(7-12) respectively,and the C.kwangsiensis(13-21) samples were dispersive to be a group.Therefore,two mutual mode fingerprint plots,C.wenyujin and C.phaeocaulis were generated by the software. The resemblance evaluation results show that C.wenyujin samples and C.phaeocaulis samples have good similarity, but C.kwangsiensis samples possess low resemblance values and failed to develop a mutual fingerprint plot. The fingerprint of Curcuma may be consist of C.wenyujin and C.phaeocaulis two mutual modes due to the compositions difference,and further study must be carried through on C.kwangsiensis samples.
