毛细管电泳磁导检测法及其在药物分析中的应用

【摘要】 研制了一种新型的毛细管电泳磁导检测装置,检测区域中的电磁感应器是由漆包线缠绕磁芯制成。经毛细管分离的被测组分流经电磁感应区域时,磁导率发生变化,信号经过信号放大器的放大后,接往记录仪。该装置体积小,成本低,结构简单,组装简易,操作方便,适用面广。用其分离检测了阿咖酚散中的阿司匹林和对乙酰氨基酚。
【Abstract】 A new electromagnetically inductive detector was developed to extend the detection techniques for CE.The conditions affecting the response of the detector,including the number of coil turns,frequency,and excitation voltage, were examined and optimized.The feasibility of the proposed detector was evaluated by determination of aspirin and paracetamol in Akafen powder.This novel detector is simple to construct,convenient to operate and has the potential for universal applications.It could be an alternative to the traditional methods in the quality control of the pharmaceutical preparations.
