纳米金标记增效荧光免疫分析法测定17β-雌二醇
A novel immunoassay for the determination of 17β-estradiol based on the fluorescence enhancement of Au nanoparticles

【摘要】 利用纳米金标记抗体作为免疫分析的标记物,运用竞争免疫反应模式,以金纳米增效荧光素钠荧光为检测体系,来间接检测17β-雌二醇,建立了测定17β-雌二醇的新方法。该方法的线性范围是0.01~100 ng/mL,检出限为0.0094 ng/ mL,方法灵敏度高,选择性好,线性范围较宽,将其应用到水样中17β-雌二醇的检测。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new method for the determination of 17β-estradiol was described.The compound of gold-nanoparticles -labeled antibody was prepared as labels for immunoassays,and the immunoreaction is performed using the competitive format.17β-estradiol was determined indirectly based on enhancing fluorescein sodium fluorescence of Au nanoparticles(AuNPs) labeled antibody.The linear range for the determination of 17β-estradiol is 0.01~100 ng/mL,and the detection limit is 0.0094 ng/mL.This method has great advantages of higher sensitivity,selectivity and can be used in a wide liner range.The developed method has been applied for the detecting 17β-estradiol in water samples with satisfactory results.
