纳米TiO2混悬液中罗丹明B含量检测研究

【摘要】 用紫外分光光度法对TiO2混悬液中有机染料罗丹明B检测时,采用TiO2背景扣除法和碱化沉淀扣除法两种方法,与标准法相比,TiO2背景扣除法在P=0.95时,其精密度和准确度都存在显著性差异;而碱化沉淀扣除法在相同P值下,精密度和准确度良好,不存在显著性差异。因此碱化沉淀扣除法是一种准确、快速、简便的测定纳米TiO2混悬液中罗丹明B含量的方法。
【Abstract】 Organic dye rhodamine B in nano-TiO2 suspension was determined by UV spectrophometer with two different treatment methods:①using a nano-TiO2 suspension pretreated by high speed centrifugation as a reference solution;②adding NaOH solution into nano-TiO2 suspension to deposit the nano-TiO2.The results showed that there were sig- nificant difference between the former and the standard method(P=0.95) and there were no significant difference between the latter and the standard method(P=0.95) The method of alkaline treatment is accurate,rapid and simple for determination of rhodamine B in nano-TiO2 suspension.
