【摘要】 <正>The arachidonic acid metabolic network is the network that produces inflammatory mediators.In this network,arachidonic acid released by phospholipase A2(PLA2) hydrolysis,can be converted by cyclooxygenase(COX-1 and COX-2) and lipoxygenase(LPO) enzymes to prostaglandins and leukotrienes.The leukotriene A4(LTA4),one of the leukotrienes,can be further hydrolzed to the diol leukotriene B4(LTB4) by LTA4 hydrolase(LTA4H)更多还原
