【摘要】 光谱分析在化学分析特别是定量分析中有着越来越多的用途,很多学者对光谱分析技术进行大量研究并取得了可喜成果。笔者结合数学学科与信息学科知识,提出了几个在光谱分析中值得关注的问题,包括随机噪声对光谱的影响、光谱平滑的合理性、光谱数据的全段使用、分析方法的性能分析、溶液不满足比尔定律时的光谱处理及光谱分析的理论最高性能等问题。笔者认为,光谱分析技术应针对上述问题进行理论研究,以提高光谱分析的科学性、系统性、适用性与可信性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spectrum analysis has been more and more used in analysis chemistry,especially in the quantitative analysis.Scholars have researched a lot on the technology of spectrum analysis and get many achievements.Based on mathematics and informatics knowledge,several problems which deserve attention in spectrum analysis was put forward to discuss including the impact of random signal on the spectrum,reasonableness of spectrum smoothing,complete use of spectral information,performance analysis of analytical technique,spectrum process when the Beer’s law is inadequacy,best performance of spectrum analysis in theory etc.In order to improve the reasonableness,systematicness,applicability,dependability of spectrum analysis, above-mentioned problems deserve greatly attention and in-depth theoretical study.更多还原
