稀土改性对Y分子筛Al原子结构的影响

【摘要】 采用XRD、27AlMASNMR、IR及NH3-TPD等表征技术,对不同稀土含量的Y分子筛进行了研究,探讨了稀土改性对Y分子筛中铝化学形态的影响。结果表明,随着稀土含量的增加,分子筛的晶胞参数增大,六配位非骨价铝的含量降低,与非骨架铝相关的羟基振动吸收峰减弱,表明进入分子筛晶体结构中的稀土离子抑制了分子筛非骨架铝的生成,从而导致分子筛中L酸中心的数量随着稀土含量的增加而降低。
【Abstract】 The chemical state of aluminum of Y zeolite modified by rare earth was investigated by means of XRD, 27Al MAS NMR and IR. The results showed that with the increasing of rare earth content, the unit cell α0 increased and the content of octahedrally-coordinatd non-framework alumina decreased, the strength of hydroxyl peaks relatived with non-framework alumina decreased. All these results indicated that rare earth ions in the zeolite structure restrained the production of the non-framework alumina. Consequently, as the rare earth content increased, the amount of Lewis acid sites decreased.
