【Abstract】 In the last two years, Chinese scientists have achieved great achievement in chromatography. In this report we will briefly describe some representative advances achieved by the Chinese chemists in the branch fields of chromatography including fundamentals, instruments, materials and columns (e.g. hydrophilic columns, monolithic columns and chiral columns), sample pre-treatment techniques (e.g. stir bar adsorptive extraction) etc. In order to analyze the complex samples, many multi-dimensional chromatographic systems have been developed, such as comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography, two-dimensional liquid chromatography and two-dimensional capillary electrophoresis. Furthermore, chromatography has been playing more and more important roles in many fields involving metabonomics, proteomics, traditional Chinese medicine and environment analysis.更多还原
