【摘要】 技术成熟度评价(TRA)是一种国外引进的方法,用于判定关键技术满足预期装备应用目标的程度。为了进一步提升技术成熟度评价在我国航空装备研制项目中的适用性,加强该方法在航空领域的推广应用,深入分析了技术成熟度评价与工作分解结构、风险管理、技术评审及技术验证的关系;对比分析了美国国防采办项目中技术成熟度评价的应用,研究提出技术成熟度等级在航空装备研制阶段中的分布以及评价工作的开展时机;结合实践经验,改进了技术成熟度评价流程,分析了与其他研制工作的结合;最后提出了在我国航空装备研制项目中开展技术成熟度评价的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology readiness assessment(TRA) is an imported method used to determine the extent of the critical technologies to meet the goal of expected weapon equipment applications.To enhance the applicability of technology readiness assessment in our aviation equipment program,and promote the use of this method in the field of aviation.This paper depth analysis the relationships between technology readiness assessment and work breakdown structure,risk management,technical review and technology demonstration.Comparative analysis the application of technology readiness assessment in US defense acquisition program,this paper proposes the distribution of technology readiness level in aviation equipment development phase,and timing of conducting the technology readiness assessment.In consideration of practical experience,improve the technology readiness assessment process,and analysis the combination of technology readiness assessment and other development work.In the end of this paper,the suggestion of application of technology readiness assessment in our aviation equipment program is proposed.更多还原
