【Abstract】 Basis on the testing and analysis spectroscopic characters of each oil spill at sea,and many years practicing of satellite images transacting,had found out the best combinations of satellite channels and enhance transacting modes for the different thickness of the oil film,realized to fix the location,area, Oil quantity,excursion direction and speed of the oil film.更多还原
