【摘要】 本文介绍了英国商业捕鱼业概况,分析了英国海洋捕捞渔船和船员的安全状况。结果表明:1997-2007年间,平均渔船事故率为47.9起/1,000艘,并且自2002年以来有上升的趋势;机器故障占事故总数的62.8%;船长为15m-24m的渔船全损率和事故率远大于<15m的渔船;渔船船员平均死亡率为99.7人/100,000人年,是农业、狩猎业、林业和渔业(不包括商业捕鱼业)的平均死亡率(9.5)的10.5倍,是所有行业(0.9)的110倍。可见,商业捕鱼业是到目前为止英国最危险的职业。更多还原

【Abstract】 The UK commercial fishing is introduced;the fishing vessel and fishermen’s safety status are analyzed in this paper.The results indicate that the average rate for fishing vessel is 47.9 accidents per 1,000 vessels during the period 1997 to 2007,and the accident rate has been slightly increasing since 2002; the ratio of machinery failure accidents to all accidents is 62.8%;the vessel loss rate and accident rate of 15m to 24m vessels is far outweigh of<15m vessels;the average fatal accident rate is 99.7 deaths per 100,000 fishermen-years from 1997 to 2007,is 10.5 times higher than agriculture hunting forestry & fishing(excludes sea fishing,9.5 per 100,000),110 times higher than all industry(0.9).This study shows that commercial fishing is by far the most hazardous occupation in Britain.更多还原
