水力旋流器在废油基钻井液的处理与回收中的应用

【摘要】 针对废油基钻井液的组成和环境保护的需要,对其处理所需的油水分离用水力旋流器进行了研究。依据前人对水力旋流器的设计经验和进料中油滴稳定状态(即液滴破碎判据临界Weber数)的研究成果,设计了本实验所需水力旋流器的尺寸参数,并建立了实验系统。实验考察了入口流量和出口分流比F对旋流器分离效率的影响,结果表明,本实验的适宜进料流量在2.5~2.8m3/h(即入口液滴不破碎的前提下);旋流器的适宜分流比在20%左右,分离效率可达到90%以上。

【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the requirement of environmental protection,the application of deoiling hydrocyclone in the treatment of oil-based drilling wastewater has been studied in the present treatment.A series of size parameters of the hydrocyclone were determined,based on the experimental results in literature on the hydrocyclone design and the steady state of oil droplets in the inlet flow(namely,the critical Weber number).An experiment system has been established accordingly.The effects of inlet flow rate and diversion ratio F of the hydrocyclone on the separation efficiency have been investigated.The experimental results showed that the suitable inlet flow rate is between 2.5~2.8m3/h(i.e.on condition that the oil droplets are not broken in the entrance).The best diversion ratio of the hydrocyclone is approximately 20%,and the separation efficiency is more than 90%.
