十水硫酸钠的过冷和相分离探究

【摘要】 以十水硫酸钠(Na2SO4·10H2O)为研究对象,对无机水合盐的过冷和相分析现象进行了分析,并以3种不同增稠剂实验样品在相同实验条件下做比较实验,采用拍照及绘制步冷温度曲线两种方式对3种不同相变体系的凝固过程进行分析,不同相变体系经受熔-冻循环能力的差异为相分离分析提供依据。实验结果表明:在同一种成核剂硼砂(Na2B4O7·10H2O)存在的情况下,不同增稠剂体系凝固所需时间不同,过冷度也不同;主相变材料相同,不同增稠剂体系经受冷热循环的能力不同,相分离情况各异。

【Abstract】 To solve the supercooling and phase separation occurring of inorganic hydrated salt— Na2SO4.10H2O,the corresponding mechanism was analyzed.The experiments on three groups of different thickeners were compared under the same experimental conditions.Solidification processes were also shown based on the experimental photos of three samples in different time interval and temperature curves of step cooling recorded.The difference of the ability to the different phase change system undergoing melt frozen cycle could provide basis for phase separation.The results showed that the required time of solidification and condensate depression were different with different thickening systems under the same nucleating agent Na2B4O7.10H2O.The different thickening systems had the different ability to cold and heat cycle and phase separation were also different with the same phase change materials.
