等离子接枝改性膜用于植物油浸取中溶剂回收的研究

【摘要】 为解决植物油浸取工艺中从溶剂-油脂混合油中回收溶剂能耗较高的问题,采用低温等离子接枝技术改性聚丙烯腈(PAN)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜,在它们表面引入疏水性单体苯乙烯,制备得到疏水性的纳滤膜。研究了制备改性纳滤膜对混合油的分离性能,发现PVDF改性膜的分离性能要优于PAN改性膜,前者最大截留率为67.8%,对应的渗透通量为4.11kg/(m2.h)。
【Abstract】 Traditional solvent recovery in edible oil processing is by distillation,which consumes large amounts of energy.If replaced by membrane separation process,energy consumption can be greatly reduced.In this article,nano filtration membranes were prepared by low temperature plasma-induced grafting modifications of PAN and PVDF ultra filtration membrane,styrene was used as grafting reagent.The modified membranes were then applied in the recovery of hexane from soybean oil/hexane miscella.Result shows that the separation performance of PVDF modified UF membrane is better that PAN modified UF membrane.For the PVDF modified UF membrane,an oil retention of 67.8%and permeation flux of 4.1kg/(m2.h)was observed under 1.8MPa.
