聚硅酸铁Zeta电位及混凝效果研究

【摘要】 对自制的聚硅酸铁(PSF)混凝剂Zeta电位及稀释浓度对Zeta电位的影响进行研究,并对比PSF与复合铝铁(PFA)对低温低浊水的除污染性能。结果表明,硅铁共聚反应不是铁盐的正电与聚硅酸的负电的简单电中和过程。较高浓度时,PSF的Zeta电位几乎均在等电点附近,但稀释水解后其Zeta电位增加,达到11mV;而PFA的Zeta电位平均值为36.1mV,稀释后其Zeta电位增加很少。PSF除污性能优于PFA。PSF的混凝机理是电中和/脱稳、架桥与卷扫的协同作用。

【Abstract】 Zeta potential of poly-silicic ferric(PSF) coagulant prepared in lab and influence of dilution concentration on its Zeta potential were measured with Nano Zetasizer.The pollutants removal by PSF in treating lower temperature and lower turbidity water was explored compared to that by polyferric aluminum(PFA).The results show that the copolymerization of PSF is not a simple electro neutrality process between positive charge of Fe and negative charge of polysilicic acid(PS).The Zeta potential of PSF at higher concentration tends to be isoelectric point,but the Zeta potential increasing when PSF diluted,up to 11mV.While the average of zeta potential of PFA is 36.1mV,but increasing a little when diluted.PSF has higher efficiency of pollutants removal than PFA for many pollutants.The coagulation mechanism of PSF is the cooperation of charge-neutralization /destabilization,bridging and sweeping.
