基于单轴转台的惯性器件标定方法

【摘要】 针对传统的惯性器件标定方法对标定设备要求高、标定时间长、普及性差的特点,提出了一种基于单轴转台的惯性器件标定方法。该方法是在单轴转台上,建立标定模型,通过推导参数的分离算法,提出对陀螺零偏、标度因数和交叉耦合系数标定的测试法;对加速度计零偏、标度因数和二次非线性系数标定的测试法。同时以2TD一320高精度单轴转台为平台,设计开发了一套惯性器件自动标定软件,利用该软件对TRS500型光纤陀螺仪和JHT-I/B型石英加速度计进行了自动标定,对照相关数据,表明以该标定法得到的标定结果有效,并且该方法具有对标定设备要求低,标定时间短,无需北向基准的特点,适合于中等精度惯性器件的标定。
【Abstract】 Considering the traditional inertial device calibration method,which have the disadvantage of need high requirement for equipment,time consuming and poor universality,in this paper we proposed a method of inertia device calibration based on the single axle rotating table.We have constructed a new calibration model based on the single axle rotating table,though deducing the parameter separation algorithm,we proposes the gyro bias,scale factor and quadratic nonlinear coupling coefficient calibration test methods.In addition,on the platform of high accurate experimental test 2TD-320,the calibration software is designed based on Visual C++.At last,the calibration software is used to calibrate the fiber optic gyroscope TRS500 and quartz accelerometer JHT-I/B.The experimental results demonstrated the calibration results are effectively,and the method has low requirements for equipment calibration, calibration time is short,no north to baseline characteristics,suitable for medium accuracy inertial device calibration.
