光子计数图像的多帧累加处理技术

【摘要】 为了探测到微弱光场中的目标并使之成像,利用雪崩光电二极管灵敏度高、体积小、低电压工作等优点,作为探测元件构成了光子计数成像平台。根据光的波粒二象性,光场被量子化后可以看成是由一群光子构成。引入光子计数成像技术,可以探测到目标采样点的光子数。在10-4lx低照度环境下,采样周期分别取10ms、2.6ms和780s得到了三组反映目标特征的光子计数图像序列。应用多帧累加处理技术,抑制了光子计数图像的噪声;提高了图像信噪比;同时为图像数据的高速传输、存储和全数字化处理创造了条件。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the target detection and imaging in ultra weak light environment,the avalanche photodiode (APD) is used to comprise the photon counting imaging experimental platform.There are some advantages which are high sensitivity,small size and operation under low supply power in APD.The optical field can be quantized and made up of photons according to the wave-particle duality of light.The photon counting technique is introduced to detect the number of photons at the target sampling points.Under the condition that sampling periods are 10ms,2.6ms and 780μs,three photon counting image sequences which can demonstrate the target characteristics are obtained at 4 10 lx.The technique of multi-frame accumulation is applied to restrain the image noises,enhance the SNR and create the conditions for image data transmission,storage at high speed and all digital process.
