【摘要】 本文提出一种新的车牌定位方法。首先对牌照的字符规律、颜色特征和几何特征等纹理特征进行综合分析,用水平模板与灰度图像进行差分运算,对差分结果取合适阈值实现对灰度图的二值化,然后提出了一种基于纹理定性分析的车牌定位方法。在算法实现过程中,通过给各像素、各行和各列设立标记,减少扫描次数以加快算法处理速度,实现在复杂背景中准确且迅速定位车牌,有较高的适应性,并能为车牌字符分割和车牌字符识别提供字符高度先验知识,使车牌识别系统各部分有机地结合起来。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a new approach for the construction of License-Plate-Location.First,this paper analyses synthetically texture characteristics of characters rules、color、geometry,etc.,makes the gray image differential operated with horizontal modal in order to make threshold for it with a fitted threshold,and then presents a method of license-plates locating based on texture qualitative analysis.In algorithmic process,this way decreases number of scanning times and accelerates velocity of algorithmic process by means of making flags for every pixel、row and column.So it can locate license-plates region under complicated background accurately and fast and it has high applicability.And it can provide prior information about license-plate character height for character segmentation and character recognition,thus to make all parts of license-plate system combined organically.更多还原
