空间超光谱成像仪前置光学系统热光学特性分析(英文)

【摘要】 应用有限元法建立了空间超光谱成像仪前置光学系统的热弹性变形模型,进行了热弹性变形分析。用Zernike多项式作为光机接口,将热弹性分析结果处理后导入光学模型,在CodeⅤ中计算得到了光学系统镜面面型和离焦量随温度的变化规律。计算结果表明,前置光学系统各反射镜的面型误差小于设计极限,符合设计要求;但其像面在温度改变时会偏离焦面,离焦量与温度近似地成线性关系,当温度升高时像面最大偏移量为107.4μm,温度降低时像面最大偏移量为106.9μm,均超出了允许的离焦量范围。该分析结果可以作为超光谱成像仪采取热控措施、进行调焦补偿和开展热光学试验的理论参考。

【Abstract】 Hyper spectral imager’s performance is affected severely by the turbulence of orbit temperature,which results in thermal elastic deformation of the imager’s fore reflective telescope.The thermal elastic deformation of telescope’s mirrors and mechanical structure and the resulting displacements of the mirrors would induce defocusing.Based on the present study for a type of space hyper spectral imager,a model simulating the thermal elastic deformation of the frontal telescope was built via Finite Element Method.By simulating,the surface deviation amounts and displacements of all the mirrors under different temperature loads were worked out.And the correlation between defocusing magnitude and temperature was obtained through calculating the resulting displacements of the mirrors.The analyzing results could be used as a reference for designing thermal controlling strategy,focusing system design and thermal-optical experimental tests of the developing imager.
