土壤重金属元素LIBS光谱识别分析方法研究

【摘要】 首先介绍了LIBS原理,并针对土壤重金属元素LIBS检测过程提出了标准谱对照和主线组判断两种元素识别方法,对Ni重金属元素进行了分析检测,并对两种识别方法进行了比较,结果表明在纯样品和土壤样品光谱局部重叠干扰较小的情况下,标准谱对比和主线组判断都适用,前者更加直观,而在成分比较复杂光谱交叠比较严重的情况下,前者几乎失效,后者效果仍然比较好。

【Abstract】 The theory of LIBS was introduced and two spectrum recognition methods,standard spectrum comparison and main lines analysis,was presented for heavy metal’s LIBS spectrum detection in soil.Ni was for a such analysis example and the two methods was compared.The result was that both two methods did well when the sample was pure or there is a small part in soil sample that spectral overlaps and interruption was not seriously,and the method of standard spectrum comparison was intuitionistic.But when the constitution of the sample was complex,the first method was poor,however,the second method did well.The recognition software was developed.
