基于三维荧光光谱技术同时测定苯酚、间甲酚和百里酚

【摘要】 苯酚、间甲酚和百里酚由于光谱重叠严重,用常规的分析法较难直接检测。采用平行因子分析(PARAFAC)与三维荧光光谱技术(EEMs)相结合的方法同时测定苯酚、间甲酚和百里酚。结果表明,在苯酚、间甲酚和百里酚共同存在下,用PARAFAC算法得到的苯酚和百里酚分辨结果较好,回收率分别为(95.232.55)%和(102.81.97)%;间甲酚得到的分辨浓度偏离实际浓度较大。同时,本文研究了三种酚类的两两混合物,得到的结果优于三种酚类共同存在下得到的结果,用品质因子评估了算法的准确性。实验结果表明,用PARAFAC算法与三维荧光光谱分析相结合能够同时测定苯酚、间甲酚和百里酚混合物,选择性好,检出限可达1μg/L。

【Abstract】 It is difficult to determine the mixtures of phenol,m-cresol and thymol directly by routine method since their fluorescent spectra are overlapped closely.In this paper,excitation-emission matrix fluorescence technology combined with PARAFAC was used to analyze phenol,m-cresol and thymol simultaneously.Results showed that the concentration of phenol and thymol resolved by PARAFAC were closed to the actual one,and the average recoveries were (95.23 2.55)% and (102.8 1.97)%,respectively.However,the result of m-cresol was not satisfied,the resolved concentration deviated from the actual one severely.Moreover,two component compounds mixed with each other among phenol,m-cresol and thymol were also studied,the result was better than one obtained in the mixtures contained all of three phenolic compounds.In addition,the accuracy of the PARAFAC algorithm was also evaluated through figures of merit.The method using excitation-emission fluorescence combined with PARAFAC algorithm can determine phenol,m-cresol and thymol simultaneously with a good selectivity,and the limit of detection achieved to 1 μg/L.
