基于光纤光栅Fabry-Perot腔锁频原理的高灵敏度光纤振动传感器

【摘要】 基于Pound-Drever-Hall(PDH)激光锁频原理,搭建了一种高灵敏度的光纤振动传感器系统。该传感系统以光纤光栅FP(Fabry-Perot)腔作为传感头,以DFB(distributed feedback)半导体激光器作为频率可调激光源,通过相应的驱动电路实现对DFB半导体激光器的波长调谐输出和激光频率锁定控制,将振动信号所引起的光纤光栅FP腔的透射峰位移信号转换成相对应的相位信号进行探测。实验测试结果表明此系统对1kHz-5kHz频率范围内的振动信号传感性能优良,获得了大于50dB的信噪比。
【Abstract】 A highly sensitive fiber-optic vibration sensor was developed based on the PDH frequency locking scheme of a fiber Bragg grating Fabry-Perot cavity.This sensing system consists of a fiber Bragg grating FP cavity and a DFB diode laser,which is frequency locked to the FP cavity by a driving circuit.It measured the vibration signal by the phase signal transferred and amplified from the phase change of the FP cavity.The system exhibited experimentally a nice sensing capability to the vibration signals within a frequency range from 1 kHz to 5 kHz.It was obtained a more than 50dB signal to noise ratio.
