色散平坦微结构光纤中超连续谱的幅度噪声研究

【摘要】 采用对称分布傅立叶法,理论分析了高非线性、负色散、色散平坦微结构光纤中超连续谱的产生和由入射脉冲的散粒噪声引入的幅度噪声特性。结果表明,1.6ps、中心波长1550nm的光脉冲经80m负色散高非线性色散平坦微结构光纤传输后,在小泵浦功率下产生3dB带宽为135nm的平坦超连续谱;入射脉冲的散粒噪声带来的幅度噪声在传输中被放大,并且随着泵浦功率的增加而增大;超连续谱幅度波动在2%左右,具有良好的稳定性。因此负色散高非线性色散平坦微结构光纤产生的超连续谱具有良好的噪声特性,适用于产生宽的、平坦的、稳定性高的超连续谱。
【Abstract】 the supercontinuum generation in high nonlinear negative dispersion-flattened microstructure fiber was theoretically investigated by using the Split-step Fourier,considering the shot noise of input-pulse,and analyzed the amplitude noise characteristics of supercontinuum spectrum.The results shown that,a flat supercontinuum with 135 nm is generated by injecting 1.6 ps,1550 nm,low power optical pulses into an 80 m-long highly nonlinear negative dispersionflattened microstrueture fiber ;the amplitude noise arise from shot noise of input pulse is amplified in transmission,and larger with the increase of pump power;the amplitude fluctuations of supercontinuum in the range of 2%,has a good stability.Therefore the high nonlinear negative dispersion-flattened microstructure fiber has good noise characteristics,suitable for the flat wideband,and high stability supercontinuum generation.
