傅里叶域锁模扫频激光光源

【摘要】 本文报道了一个中心波长1310nm的傅里叶域锁模(Fourier domain mode locking,FDML)扫频激光光源,用于光学频域成像(optical frequency domain imaging,OFDI)。本实验扫频激光光源采用包含增益介质、调谐滤波器和色散控制延迟线组成的激光谐振腔以及光功率增强系统。激光谐振腔内串联两个半导体光放大器为增益介质,调谐滤波器是基于利特罗结构的光栅旋转多面镜。扫频激光光源扫频速度为14.8kHz,扫频范围为108nm,半高全宽为61nm,输出平均功率是3mW。基于旋转多面镜滤波选频的FDML扫频激光光源在扫频光学相干层析成像技术具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 A Fourier domain mode locking swept laser source at 1300 nm for swept source optical coherence tomography is reported.The swept laser source is realized with laser resonator and power amplification system,and laser resonator includes gain medium,tunable filter and dispersion managed delay line.Serial implementation of two semiconductor optical amplifiers is adopted in the laser for gain amplification.The tunable filter consists of polygon scanner and grating in Littrow configuration.The tunable speed of swept laser is 14.8 kHz with an average output power of 3 mW.The turning range is 108 nm and 3dB bandwidth is 61 nm.This Fourier domain mode locking swept laser source based on polygon scanner grating filter is applicable to swept source optical coherence tomography.
