大口径望远镜主镜中心定位机构研究
Research of the central hub radial support of primary mirror in large aperture telescope

【摘要】 通过对大口径光电望远镜中主镜中心定位机构的研究分析,设计了一种胀紧圈球头形式的中心定位机构,指出了其优缺点和适合应用的口径大小以及工况要求,并实际应用到具体的主镜支撑结构中,实现了主镜在垂直于光轴方向的平面内的有效定位,同时与主镜底支撑和侧支撑联合作用,承担部分主镜的载荷,保证了主镜的面形精度。同时,定位机构还具备温度适应特性,满足实际应用过程中的环境温度要求。研究结果对大口径望远镜主镜的结构支撑以及光学加工具有参考价值,并且成功的应用到300mm~1230mm口径的主镜支撑结构中,取得了预期的效果。
【Abstract】 There are some analyses of central hub radial support structure of primary mirror in large aperture telescope.And a kind of central hub with an expanding ball has been designed,demonstrated its capability in different aperture mirror and situation.It has been used in practicality mirror support structure,and can efficiency restrict two displacement degree in the plane perpendicularly to the optical axis.At the same time,it cooperate with the axial and radial support of primary mirror,can bear partial weight of primary mirror and guarantee the deformation accuracy of optical surface.The central hub strcuture can accommodate different temperature of environment also.The research result can be consulted in the large aperture primary mirror support and machining,and has been successfully applied in some primary mirrors from aperture 300mm to 1230mm.
