长余辉蓝色荧光粉SrSiO3:Eu2+,Dy3+的制备与发光性能研究

【摘要】 采用高温固相法,在碳粉还原条件下制备了SrSiO3:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉蓝光发光材料.研究了掺杂Eu2+浓度对样品光谱性质的影响.用XRD、SEM和荧光光谱等手段对该样品进行物相、形貌、和光谱等性能的表征.研究结果表明:样品为单斜晶体,样品颗粒呈花束形,该荧光粉激发光波长在紫外和可见光的范围内,属于连续带状谱,峰值分别为308nm,359nm,420nm处,发射光谱是一宽带谱,峰值位于470nm处,Eu2+的摩尔浓度为7%时发光性能最好,是一种新型蓝色长余辉发光材料.

【Abstract】 The long afterglow blue luminescence materials SrSiO 3:Eu 2+,Dy 3+ was prepared by high temperature solid phase method under the powdered carbon reducing condition.Effects of different additions of the doping ions Eu 2+ content has been studied.The tructure,morphology and spectra properties of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,UVand PL-PLE spectra,respectively.The results showed that:Sample SrSiO 3:Eu 2+,Dy 3+ was monoclimi structure,The sample pellet was the bouquet of flowers shape;Excitation spectrum was a broadband spectrum In ultraviolet and visible light scope,The peak respectively was 308 nm,359nm,420nm,Emission spectrum was a broadband spectrum,The peak was 470 nm,The best molar concentration of Eu 2+ was 7mol%,Sample SrSiO 3:Eu 2+,Dy 3+ is a new type of long afterglow blue luminescence materials.
