可见光波段金属-介质膜消偏振分光镜的理论设计
Theoretical design of a novel metal-dielectric non-polarizing beam splitter in the visible range

【摘要】 提出了一种金属-介质膜消偏振分光镜设计,采用Needle方法对该设计进行了优化处理,给出了消偏振分光镜的反射率与反射相移的计算机仿真结果,并分析了入射角对此消偏振分光镜性能的影响。消偏振分光镜在振幅和反射相位两个方面都达到了预期的目标,而未考虑透射相位。在540-560nm的范围内,45°入射光线的2个偏振分量的反射率与目标反射率50%的偏差小于0.22%,反射相移小于0.29°。当入射角偏离1°时,其对2个分量的反射率影响较小,而对反射相移影响稍大。
【Abstract】 A novel design of non-polarizing beam splitter in a cube was proposed in the present paper,based on the Needle optimization.Both amplitude and phase of the non-polarizing beam splitter obtain the targets and the digital simulations of the reflectance and reflection-induced retardance were presented.The differences between both components and the reflectance target 50% are less than 0.22% and the reflection-induced retardance is less than 0.29°in the range of 540nm-560nm with the incident angle of 45°.When the incident angle deviates with the error of 1°,the reflectance of both components was influenced slightly and the reflection-induced retardance strongly depends on the angle of incidence.The results showed that the design was reasonable and acceptable.
