结构光系统的编码光优化设计

【摘要】 结合结构光系统的性能分析,本文提出了编码光优化设计的指导理论。该理论指导针对不同结构光系统的应用要求,综合考虑各性能指标的编码光优化设计。编码光优化设计指导可通过提高编码效率和借助空间周期性准则等方法减小编码图案的个数,缓解系统的测量分辨率和实时性之间的矛盾关系,从而满足实时结构光系统的设计要求。根据所提出的编码光优化设计理论,本文设计了一组周期时空结构光,获得了测量速度为10Hz的实时结构光系统,在1000mm的测量距离上获得0.334mm的测量精度,从而实现了系统实时性、精度和分辨率的共赢。实验验证了所提出的编码光优化设计理论的可行性。
【Abstract】 By performance analysis of structured light system,optimization of coding patterns is proposed in the paper,which is for different application requirements.In real-time system,advancing coding efficiency and appling spatial periodicity in coding can decrease the number of patterns,which can relieve the contradictory relation between measuring resolution and speed.Accoring to optimization of coding patterns,alternate coded pattern is designed in real-time structured light system,it can acquire the measuring speed of 10Hz,measruing accuracy with 0.334mm at measuring distance 1000mm.So it can achieve the win of measuring speed,accuracy and resolution.Experiments demonstrated the validity of optimization of coding patterns in structured light system.
