LD泵浦Nd:YAG陶瓷/GaAs被动调Q激光器

【摘要】 报道了一种LD端面泵浦Nd:YAG陶瓷,以GaAs作为饱和吸收器件的全固态被动调Q激光器。当泵浦功率为23.3W时,最大平均输出功率为2.06W,相应的光-光转换效率为8.8%,斜效率为9.9%,最高重复频率、最大单脉冲能量、最短脉冲宽度和最大峰值功率分别为49.5kHz、41.6μJ、17ns和2.44kW。
【Abstract】 LD-pumped passively Q-switched Nd:YAG ceramic laser with GaAs saturable absorber has been demonstrated.At a pump power of 21.6 W,maximum average output power of 2.06 W has been obtained,corresponding to an optical conversion efficiency of 9.5%,and a slope efficiency of 9.9%.The highest repetition rate,largest pulse energy,shortest pulse width and highest peak power were measured to be 49.5 kHz、41.6 μJ、17 ns and 2.44 kW,respectively.
