高显色性LED白光的模拟与实现(英文)

【摘要】 建立了单色光LED光谱和荧光粉涂层白光LED的数学模型,根据色光混合原理开发了白光LED模块的显色性模拟程序。模拟了荧光粉涂层白光LED和白/红LED模块,以及暖白/红/绿/蓝、冷白/红/黄/绿、正白/红/绿/蓝和正白/红/蓝等LED白光模块。模拟结果显示荧光粉涂层白光LED可实现显色指数高于94但辐射光效低于274lm/W的白光;白/红模块可实现显色指数高于94且辐射光效高于309lm/W的固定色温白光。在实验室中成功模拟和实现了色温为2993K、显色指数为90.8、光效为76.4lm/W的白/红模块,显色指数高于92但光效低于57lm/W的可调色温暖白/红/绿/蓝模块,显色指数高于84但光效低于52lm/W的可调色温冷白/红/黄/绿模块,显色指数高于86且光效高于64lm/W的可调色温正白/红/绿/蓝模块以及显色指数高于85且光效高于67lm/W的可调色温正白/红/蓝模块。

【Abstract】 Mathematical models for spectra of mono coloe LED and phosphor coated white LED are established.The simulation program of color rendering of white light LED cluster has been developed according to the principle of additive color mixture.The phosphor coated white LED and W/R clusters,WW/R/G/B,CW/R/Y/G,NW/R/G/B and NW/R/B white light clusters are simulated.The simulation results show that phosphor coated white LEDs could realize white light with CRI above 94 but LER below 274 lm/W,and that W/R clusters could realize CCT untunable white light with CRI above 94 as well as LER above 309 lm/W.The W/R cluster with 2993 K of CCT,90.8 of CRI and 76.4 lm/W of luminous efficacy,the CCT tunable WW/R/G/B cluster with CRI above 92 but the luminous efficacy below 57 lm/W,the CCT tunable CW/R/Y/G cluster with CRI above 84 but the luminous efficacy below 52 lm/W,the CCT tunable NW/R/G/B cluster with CRI abive 86 and the luminous efficacy above 64 lm/W,and the NW/R/B cluster with CRI above 85 as well as the luminous efficacy above 67 lm/W have been simulated and realized successfully in our laboratroy.
