资源约束条件下的北京市农作物种植决策研究——基于多目标灰靶决策模型

【摘要】 科学合理的农作物种植结构是构建可持续现代农业的重要方面。本文在对已有理论和方法进行梳理的基础上,运用多目标灰靶决策模型,基于农业生产各资源最优投入产出比,对北京市主要农作物的种植结构进行了分析和评价,主要结论包括:第一、北京市主要农作物种植结构中按从优到劣的顺序排列为:设施西红柿、设施茄子、设施菜椒、露地茄子、设施黄瓜、露地西红柿、露地黄瓜、玉米、露地菜椒、露地大白菜、小麦;第二、农作物种植结构中蔬菜作物优于粮食作物;第三、蔬菜作物种植结构中设施生产优于露地生产,粮食作物种植结构中玉米优于小麦。最后,根据研究结论得到了有利于优化北京市农作物种植结构的几点启示。

【Abstract】 It is a important aspect of constructing sustainable modern agriculture that scientific crops structure.Reviewing the theories and methods in past literatures, this paper uses the multi-objective grey target decision model to analyze and evaluate the main crops structure in Beijing according to the optimal input-output ratio of resources during the agriculture production process. The main results are as follows: firstly, the optimal sequence of main crops in Beijing shows that facility tomatoes, facility eggplants, facility peppers, open field eggplants, facility cucumbers, open field tomatoes, open field cucumbers, corn, open field peppers, open field cabbage, wheat. Secondly, considering the crop structure, vegetable crops are better than food crops. Thirdly, facility production is better than open field production in the vegetable crops structure, while corn is better than wheat in the food crops structure. Lastly, some policy recommendations which are beneficial to optimize the crops structure in Beijing are obtained according to above study results.
