【摘要】 在GIS平台为基础下,结合武汉市多年TM遥感图像,用监督分类的方法提取出城市用地部分,用叠置分析的方法分析1996年到2009年间来武汉市城市扩张情况,结果表明期间武汉市城市建筑用地增加了1.36倍,年均增长速度为10.49%.在此基础上,结合武汉市这期间社会综合发展数据:国内生产总值、三大产业增加值、人口等等,用灰关联技术做关联分析,最后显示,城区居民可支配收入的增加与城市扩张关联度最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on GIS platform, combined with several years’ TM remote sensing image Wuhan, this paper extract urban land use part using supervised classification method between year 1996 to 2009 in Wuhan City.Then it analyses the urban sprawl with overlay analysis method. Result shows that the Wuhan Urban construction Land increased 1.36 times and the average annual growth rate was 10.49% during this period. On this basis, combined with social development data in Wuhan such as GDP, the three major industrial added value, population, etc., Grey relational analysis technique was applied. Finally, it shows that the increase of urban residents’ disposable income have the closest association with urban sprawl.更多还原
